Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders using Aramex Store-to-Door courier service.
Aramex provides reliable store-to-door delivery across South Africa, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days, depending on your location.
Please note:
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or high-demand periods.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order arrives safely.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped via Aramex, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the Aramex system.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected parcels.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work closely with Aramex, Nubebe is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with Aramex.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
We will review the claim and assist you accordingly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you require assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before processing begins.
