Refunds & Returns Policy
At Nubebe, your baby’s safety and hygiene are our top priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines in place to protect all families.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
• Electric nail files
• Nasal aspirators
• Oral cleaning swabs
• Silicone finger toothbrushes
• Hygiene care kits
• UV cleaning devices
• Any product that comes into contact with skin, mouth, nose or ears
We cannot resell used hygiene products.
Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused
• The item is unopened and in original packaging
• The product seal is intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened hygiene products
• Used items
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
